1. Booking & Payments

All bookings require a signed agreement and confirmation via email. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment must be made by the specified due date before the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on preparation or staffing already in progress.

3. Equipment Use

All lighting equipment remains the property of Radiant Rentals. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff. Any loss or misuse of equipment may incur replacement or repair charges.

4. Event Conditions

Radiant Rentals reserves the right to adjust or decline services in case of unsafe conditions, weather, or access limitations at the venue. We will always strive to communicate and resolve such issues promptly.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including event delays or technical issues beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled securely and used only for event communication, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
